Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Have all original tags and packaging intact
• Be returned within the specified return timeframe

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Images (if applicable)
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process & Timing
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS.
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


5. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:
• Size issues
• Defective or damaged products

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 HOURS of delivery
• Share clear images/videos of the issue

We will:
• Arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or
• Provide a full refund (if replacement is not available)


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items on sale or clearance
• Gift cards
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)


8. Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns (size issues, change of mind), customers may be required to pay the return shipping charges.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 HOURS of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
